Towing in Concord, TX

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Concord is about 2,002 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Who does what

A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.

Good habits for your car

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Before the shop starts

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.
