Towing in Connell, TX

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Connell. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What to send us

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Small things that help

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Talking to the shop

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

A note on distance
