Towing in Copic, CA

Towing in Copic

For a tow in Copic, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person replies within one business day.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Car care, briefly

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
