Towing in Cotulla, TX

Towing in Cotulla

If you need a tow in Cotulla: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How the request works

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

What to ask

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Small things that help

Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.
