Towing in Courcelette, QC

Arranging the work in Courcelette

Towing in Courcelette: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.

Between shop visits

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
