Towing in Cox, TX

Towing in Cox

For a tow in Cox, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

Small things that help

Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

A short checklist

If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
