Towing in Cuarto, State of Mexico

Getting it done

If you need a tow in Cuarto: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

The steps

You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

What to ask

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Car care, briefly

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.

What we cover
