Towing in Dacus, TX

Towing in Dacus

Towing in Dacus: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

A person replies within one business day. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

Talking to the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
