Towing in Dapp, AB

Arranging the work in Dapp

For a tow in Dapp, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What CarmaCars does here

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Good habits for your car

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
