Towing in Derrame, Durango

Towing near Derrame

For a tow in Derrame, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What to send us

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Getting a clear quote

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Good habits for your car

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.
