Towing in Devault, QC

Towing: how we help

Towing in Devault: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Small things that help

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Talking to the shop

Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Honest about distance

We do not have a location in Devault; CarmaCars works out of Toronto. Measured in a straight line, Devault is about 573 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. For a breakdown in Devault, a local service will reach you faster than we can. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Devault if you like. All prices are in Canadian dollars.

Your move

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
