Towing in Devon Pointe, SC

Towing in Devon Pointe

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Devon Pointe. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What to send us

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. A person replies within one business day. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Getting a clear quote

Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Good habits for your car

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

What we cover
