Towing in Difficult, TN

Towing for Difficult

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 996 km from Difficult, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive.

Good habits for your car

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Distance, honestly
