What CarmaCars does here

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. A person replies within one business day. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold.
