Towing in Direct, TX

Towing in Direct

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Direct. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

The steps

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Getting a clear quote

Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

Our reach

CarmaCars has no branch in Direct. We rent from one location in Toronto. Measured in a straight line, Direct is about 1,806 km from our location in Toronto; we deliver within about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Direct, we say so rather than guess. For a breakdown in Direct, a local service will reach you faster than we can. Ask us about Direct in a request; a person answers honestly. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
