Towing in Dunkirk Fields, MD

Getting it done

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Dunkirk Fields. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Who does what

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Between shop visits

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
