Towing in Ellen, TX

Arranging the work in Ellen

Towing in Ellen: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Between shop visits

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Check that all lights work every few weeks.

Talking to the shop

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.

Our area, and Ellen
