Towing in Fairfields, VA

Towing: how we help

Searching for towing in Fairfields? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven.

Between shop visits

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
