Towing in Flat, AR

Getting it done

Searching for towing in Flat? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Who does what

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

What to ask

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Good habits for your car

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
