Towing in Foster, NC

Arranging the work in Foster

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Foster. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

Our part and the shop's part

We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
