Towing in Foster, VA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Foster is about 742 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How we help

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

Car care, briefly

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

What to ask

Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
