Towing in Frederick Junction, MD

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Frederick Junction: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What to send us

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work.

Between shop visits

Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.

Before the shop starts

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Honest about distance
