Towing in Grace, CA

Towing: how we help

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Grace. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.

What to ask

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Our area, and Grace
