Towing in Grapevine, CA

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 3,512 km from Grapevine, and does not do this work itself. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price.

Car care, briefly

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Look at the tire tread before long trips.

What to ask

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
