Towing in Grayson, VA

Towing in Grayson

If you need a tow in Grayson: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

Getting a clear quote

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
