Towing in Halcyon, BC

Arranging the work in Halcyon

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Halcyon. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

What we arrange

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer.

What to ask

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.

Small things that help

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
