Towing in Halma, MN

Towing: how we help

Towing in Halma: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How the request works

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile.

A short checklist

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Car care, briefly

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
