Towing in Hazel, SD

Towing: how we help

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Hazel. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

What to ask

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.

Between shop visits

Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Our area and Hazel

To be clear: CarmaCars rents cars in the Toronto area, not in Hazel. At roughly 1,444 km from our location in Toronto in a straight line, Hazel is outside our delivery area.

If the car can come to the Toronto area, we can arrange a trusted shop there. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. Ask us about Hazel in a request; a person answers honestly. Our prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax.

When you know your dates

One request: the job, the car, and whether you need a rental meanwhile.
