Towing in Hells Gate, BC

Towing for Hells Gate

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Hells Gate. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

How the arrangement works

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Between shop visits

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

What CarmaCars covers
