Towing in Hutton, IL

Towing: how we help

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Hutton is about 877 km away. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person replies within one business day. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Car care, briefly

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.
