How we help
You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you.
A car while yours is in the shop
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Collecting it in person at our location is always free of charge.
Getting a clear quote
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Car care, briefly
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
