Towing in Illmo, MO

Arranging the work in Illmo

If you need a tow in Illmo: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Car care, briefly

Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

Talking to the shop

Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
