Towing in Imbery

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Imbery. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare.

What to ask

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.

Good habits for your car

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.

A note on distance
