Towing in Jackson, MS

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Jackson: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

What we arrange

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job.

Small things that help

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can.

Talking to the shop

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
