Towing in Joy, MO

Towing near Joy

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,254 km from Joy, and does not do this work itself. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How we help

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person reads every request and replies with the next step. A person replies within one business day.

Between shop visits

Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
