Towing in Lerdo, Chihuahua

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Lerdo: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. In short: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

Tell us when suits you and whether the car can be driven. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

Before the shop starts

Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.

Between shop visits

Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Before you plan
