Towing in Lohn, TX

Arranging the work in Lohn

If you need a tow in Lohn: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

The steps

Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. A person replies within one business day. Your request reaches a person, not a machine.

Car care, briefly

Check that all lights work every few weeks. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
