Towing in Lyons, GA

Getting it done

CarmaCars arranges mechanical work through shops around Toronto and does not do the work itself; Lyons is about 1,312 km away. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

How we help

Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. A person replies within one business day. Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Car care, briefly

Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars has no branch in Lyons. We rent from one location in Toronto. About 1,312 km from our location in Toronto, Lyons is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

If we do not know a shop in Lyons, we say so rather than guess. For work in Lyons, ask in a request and we tell you honestly whether we know a shop there. Questions about Lyons? Send a request and a person answers honestly. Rates are shown in Canadian dollars.
