Towing in Mackenzie, MO

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 1,088 km from Mackenzie, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

Our part and the shop's part

We pass your details to a trusted shop or give you its name, as you prefer. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins.

What to ask

Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.

Good habits for your car

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
