Towing in Malcolm, MN

Towing: how we help

If you need a tow in Malcolm: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the request works

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. We tell you plainly when we do not know a shop for the job. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Talking to the shop

Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Good habits for your car

Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
