Towing in Mapleville, NC

Towing: how we help

Searching for towing in Mapleville? CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our shops are in the Toronto area. The job: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What CarmaCars does here

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Good habits for your car

Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.

Before the shop starts

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.

A note on distance
