Towing in McGregor, TX

Towing in McGregor

For a tow in McGregor, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Who does what

We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car. Let us know where the car is and whether it is safe to drive. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us.

Good habits for your car

Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.

Getting a clear quote

Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
