Towing in Mill, MO

Towing: how we help

Towing in Mill: CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works only in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

How the arrangement works

We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. A person reads every request and replies with the next step.

Questions to ask the shop

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.

Good habits for your car

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt.
