Towing in Millstone, VA

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 765 km from Millstone, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

What we arrange

A person reads every request and replies with the next step. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. If you already have a shop you trust, we can still rent you a car meanwhile. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

A short checklist

Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.

Car care, briefly

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
