Towing in Mitchell, TN

Getting it done

We do not do mechanical work, and we work in the Toronto area, far from Mitchell. What it involves: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

The steps

The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. The shop quotes the work itself; we do not add to its price. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date; the shop does, after it sees the car.

Before the shop starts

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.

Car care, briefly

Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell.

Where we deliver

Mitchell is not an area we serve directly. CarmaCars is based in Toronto. About 1,006 km from our location in Toronto, Mitchell is too far for our delivery area of about 250 km.

For a breakdown in Mitchell, a local service will reach you faster than we can. Planning to bring the car to Toronto? Tell us when, and we arrange the shop. We would rather tell you no than overpromise, so ask about Mitchell if you like. Prices here are in Canadian dollars, not US dollars.
