Towing in Moore, TX

Arranging the work in Moore

For a tow in Moore, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. What this is: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

The steps

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Tell us what you notice: the noise, the light on the dash, or the job you want done.

Small things that help

Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.

Before the shop starts

Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
