Towing in Murphy, OH

Towing near Murphy

For a tow in Murphy, know first that CarmaCars does not do this work itself and works in the Toronto area. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

The steps

Give us the make, model and year, and a phone number for the shop to reach you. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. If the car cannot be driven, say so, and we arrange the next step with the shop.

Before the shop starts

Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate.

Good habits for your car

If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
