Towing in Murrays Haven, DE

Getting it done

CarmaCars works in the Toronto area, about 676 km from Murrays Haven, and does not do this work itself. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. If the car is blocking traffic, stay safe first and call for help.

From request to repair

Send a request with the car and what it needs. A person replies and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We arrange the shop and the rental, and you keep control of the repair. The shop sets its own price and time, and you agree to them before any work. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

What to ask

Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.

Car care, briefly

Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
