Towing in Offutt, KY

Getting it done

We arrange a tow through shops in the Toronto area. We have no location in Offutt. A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Tell us where the car is, where it should go, and whether the keys are with it.

From request to repair

The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. You deal with the shop for the repair itself, and with us for the rental. We keep you posted until the shop has the car booked in.

Good habits for your car

Look at the tire tread before long trips. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due.

Questions to ask the shop

If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
