Towing in Oktoc, MS

Towing near Oktoc

If you need a tow in Oktoc: CarmaCars does not do this work itself, and our network is around Toronto. Plainly: A tow to a shop or to your home, by a towing company we arrange, not by CarmaCars. If you are in danger or blocking traffic, call 911 first. Once you are safe, send a request with where the car is and where it should go.

Our part and the shop's part

Your request reaches a person, not a machine. Mention any warning lights or sounds; it helps the shop prepare. You approve the shop's quote before any work begins. We can suggest a shop that suits the job and your location.

Before the shop starts

Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.

Small things that help

Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Switch to winter tires before the first snow, and back in spring.
